Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VibeFrameStudioIN's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

Services

VibeFrameStudioIN provides digital design, development, content strategy, and growth marketing services. Specific deliverables will be outlined in individual project agreements.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all deliverables as specified in the project agreement. VibeFrameStudioIN retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Standard terms require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

Limitation of Liability

VibeFrameStudioIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
